This can happen when:

  1. Tournament TV is not registered. You can register when you start Tournament TV or in the main menu Help -> Register
  2. Tournament TV version is different from the Tournament Planner version. The year in both version numbers must be the same (for example 2012<>2013). To check which version you are using you can go in the main menu to Help -> About. Download for both products the latest version and install them.
  3. Tournament TV is registered but you did not connect Tournament Planner with Tournament TV. Click on Test on the Tournament TV screen in Tournament Planner.

If Tournament TV receives the test data ‘DEMO’ will disappear. If it remains, Tournament Planner cannot connect with Tournament TV. For more information about connection problems you can click here.
